Prizeotel ist für mich:
Ein modernes Hotel,mit guter Lage,freundlichem,hilfsbereitem und kompetentem Personal.
Ordentliche,saubere Zimmer.
Super Frühstücksbuffet,gemütlich,kein starker Drang durch andere Gäste. Schnelles abräumen und auffüllen durch Personal.
Super das auf die Umwelt geachtet wird( wenig bis kein Plastik,...)
Weiter so,würde jederzeit wieder in ein Prizeotel gehen und dies auch weiterempfehlen.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Günstiges Hotel, welches dementprechend nicht viel bietet. Dennoch hat das Hotel einen sehr guten Service.

„Less than helpful”

My experience lacked customer service. I was in a party of 3 who spend 5 days at your hotel during the Rotary Convention. We expected your front desk staff to be busy.

What has not been acceptable was the attitude the female front desk had towards us when we required help. Being Americans we do not speak German. Their English was very good.
I needed help utilizing your computer area (due to German Text). When I waited in line and asked for help on the computer the response was”the computers are right there). I acknowledged The whereabouts of the computer and said I needed assistance for just a moment. Eyes were rolled, big sighs released and she just started talking to another female employee. I waited . Seeing I wasn’t going away she came over and again rudely treated all 3 of us.
We asked questions regarding transportation using a map we had. Help was negligible. She couldn’t be bothered to tell us Street stops on the bus or underground.

We sincerely apologize to you in this way. We are really sorry that our colleague did not show herself from her best and friendliest side. We know how important our team members are for the satisfaction of our guests. They play the most important role. That's why we do a lot for our team. Trainings, team events and common dinners take place regularly in order to maintain a good atmosphere in the team and the joy in the work.
We will talk to our colleague about this situation so that she can learn from it. Thanks to your feedback, we know which of our colleagues did this.
