Very good. New-looking and clean. Huge breakfast buffet. Very kind and serviceminded staff. Would stay here again.

Very good. Good central location near S bahn. Easy access car park. Good level of security for access to the hotel. Budget hotel, close attention to minimising costs without spoiling the customer experience. Friendly and helpful staff, I particularly commend the happy face of Pino at the entrance to the breakfast room.A nice way to start the day. The rooms use minimum space without being uncomfortable. I always look for a silent room and a hard bed. The room was silent, but here is my only criticism. In an effort to make the beds as comfortable as possible, the mattress was too soft. I am not big or heavy but it did not give enough support to the back. Overall excellent value for money, but please rethink the mattresses.

Ein super schönes, sehr sauberes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind toll und die Betten super bequem! Das Frühstück war genial!! Alles, was das Herz begehrt!
Perfekte Lage direkt bei der Reeperbahn!
Ab sofort werden wir in Hamburg immer dieses Hotel buchen!
