„very nice hotel - one suggestion”

Prizeotel ist für mich:
I like the hotel as it is very, very (!) close to the fair and has a good atmosphere. I love the breakfast and nice people working there. I have one comment though: I agreed not to have my room cleaned for the 3 days I was there RIGHT after I paid 10 € for one hour earlier check-in (it was 2 pm and check in is at 3 pm). I got a token for a drink, but a) I don't drink and b) I was at the fair all days and evenings, so no time or need for a drink in the hotel. I would have rather had the 1 h earlier-check in for free. I think that would have been fair in the light of not having to clean my room 3 times...

Dear Helen,
we are very happy that you had a nice stay with us in Bremen. :o)
In your case, we can understand that you would have preferred a different billing because you didn't have time to enjoy our bar during the fair.
But we would like to make the bonus for not cleaning the room the same for all guests, so we decided to use the drink vouchers. And of course we would be very happy if you would visit us at the bar during your next visit. There you will also find really tasty, non-alcoholic drinks.
Hopefully we will see you again soon. That would be great! :o)
