„Price-quality ratio is great for Hamburg”

Prizeotel ist für mich:
The atmosphere is a bit like a '70's SciFi-movie. That's different and I liked it.
My room was clean, only a pity is the plastic cup (that was broken and not replaced during cleaning).
The staff is young and friendly but they couldn't help me with information about bustickets (could be because of the language, I'm Dutch, the staff is German and we spoke in English).
I had breakfast at different times but the food was always sufficiently supplemented and there was more than enough variety. Downside is the entourage of the breakfast room, which is a bit canteen-like.
The biggest downside is the hardness of the mattresses. I am pretty heavy but I found them too hard.
The area is not really inspiring but that is not a problem because the bus stop is nearby. And public transport is really good in Hamburg.
I can recommend this hotel to anyone, especially considering the price-quality ratio in Hamburg.

We're sorry to hear our bed wasn't as comfortable as possible for you. Hopefully, you still slept well and started into the day all rested and relaxed. Before we set up our hotel, we had a close look at many of the mattresses and some of our team members actually "slept" to find out the best mattress for most people. Our mattresses have excellent lying characteristics. That was very important to us. Your spine is relieved precisely. Nevertheless, we know that it is very difficult or even impossible to do justice to every back and every preference. If there's anything we can do next time, to make it more comfortable for you, just let us know and we'll do our best to make sure you get a good night of sleep. 😊
