On both occasions we stayed, there were fly\'s all over the reception / bar area during the day / night. Even worse in the morning around the buffet area which made breakfast a quite unpleasant experience.
Staff were friendly, but having only 1 person on during peak check-in times meant the queue was lined up out the door

in der Tat :-) Danke für dein schönes Feedback. Zwei Jahre ist unser prizeotel in Hamburg. Falls Du mal Lust auf ein noch neueres Hotel von uns hast, komm gerne mal in Hannover vorbei. Dort haben wir seit 28.09.2015 unser neustes Hotel, wieder mit einem eigenem Farbkonzept von dem internationalen Stardesigner Karim Rashid. Liebe sonnige Grüße, Team prizeotel.

Great you loved your stay at us. Our 16 square centimeter designer rooms are designed for short stays for 2 or 3 days. We can recommend you our lovely lobby with comfortable chair and good drinks instead. Best regards, Team prizeotel.
