„Nice hotel”

Prizeotel ist für mich:
No problem at all.... Nice staff, room was light and clean.
Bed was a little to hard for us.
Breakfast was very good.
Parking was fine but a little to expensive.
Arrived on a motorbike but still had to pay full price like a car :-(
Moterbikes should be parking for free.

Prizeotel ist für mich:
Good nice and clean room on 6th floor.
Friendly service and clean hotel.
A larger morning buffet was a big wish for us.
Parking was very expensive and should be included or cost part half.

It's good to hear that you were satisfied with us and that you've enjoyed your time.
Hamburg is a quite pricey city such as parking close to the city center. Of course, we understand that 18 euros is not a very small item on the bill. Compared to other car parks in the area, we are in the middle of the price range.
We are currently working on a new breakfast concept. Things will change for us. So the next time you are with us, you may be surprised. :-)
Would be nice to see you again some time!

Too bad that our bed wasn't as comfy as yours at home - we hope that you've slept good anyway. :-)
We can understand your point regarding the motorcycle parking situation. We indeed need to talk about that in our team to find a better solution for that. But it's not always that easy, when it comes to parking space a lot of things need to be taken into consideration (rules and regulations regarding fire brigade passage, ...). But we'll try our best, I promise!
