„A great brand new modern hotel”

An excellent brand new hotel, extremely clean with very modern contemporary design. A great value for money. What I could say as recommendation was my contact with the girls at the reception - a bit slow check in (many things to be filled in, which are usually ready in advance); Their English was not good enough - they were very positive and enthusiastic to offer the great breakfast, but couldn\'t explain properly how to use the wifi, not mentioning there was a pass.

Hi Sashka,
Thanks for valuing our hotel. We also would like to speed up our check-in process. But we can't decide on our own to reduce the things to fill out, since we have to check the laws for this process. But we sure will talk with our colleagues, so that the english skills can be improved. Usually we offer a small card with all the information you need for our wifi during the check-in. Sadly it seems, that you didn't get one. We will talk with our colleagues at the front desk, so they give this card to every guest.

Very good. The bar is very inviting to come there. Only if you stay stay for half an hour you \'ll get crazy of the music that needs to put down in volume and there could be a little more diversity

Really nice and comfy hotel. I also appreciate that whole hotel is non smoking! We didn\'t have any problem and I would recommend Prizeotel in Hamburg to all my friends.
