How can I cancel?
If you have used an external booking portal to book your designer room, cancellation is only possible via this external booking portal. In the case of direct booking via prizeotel central we request that you cancel in writing or by telephone.
When will I need a credit card to make a booking?
A credit card is necessary if you are making a guaranteed booking with prizeotel (via www.prizeotel.com or via telephone) or if you are booking a room with advance payment rates.
What is the Best Price Guarantee?
The Best Price Guarantee means, that you will not be able to make a booking that is cheaper on any other website at the time of your enquiry, than at our website www.prizeotel.com. Our website is the best choice in making a booking in our hotel.
Can I also book on www.prizeotel.com without a credit card?
Yes, you can easily make non-guaranteed bookings without a credit card. Your room will however only be kept for you up to 06:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you do not arrive by 06:00 p.m., your booking will be cancelled automatically without any further costs.
In case of a late check in please send us your credit card details, so we reserve your room for the complete night.
What is the Hot Deal Rate at prizeotel?
Our Hot Deal rate is only bookable via our homepage www.prizeotel.com. With this rate the indicated credit card will be charged immediately after booking. Afterwards a change or cancellation is not possible.
Alternatively we offer our Best Available Rate, which can be cancelled up to 06:00 p.m. on arrival date free of charge.
What are the cancellation conditions at prizeotel?
Non-guaranteed reservations will expire after 06:00 p.m. on arrival date. They do not need to be cancelled. Reservations guaranteed with a credit card may be cancelled up to 06:00 p.m. on the arrival date. In case of none arrival or late cancellations, we will charge the first night of the entire booking. The reservation will then be kept until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the following day.
What kinds of reservation are possible at prizeotel?
You can make both guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations. With non-guaranteed reservations, your room will be kept up to 06:00 p.m. on the arrival date, with guaranteed bookings we will also keep your room free for you in the event of later arrivals.
