Can I book on www.prizeotel.com without a credit card?

Yes, simply click that you would like a non-guaranteed reservation. The room will then be kept for you until 18:00 hours (local time) on the day of arrival. The booking will then be cancelled (without cost) and rooms will then be placed back in the booking system.
In the case of a later arrival we require your credit card details in order to guarantee the reservation for an entire night.

Alternatively we offer our Best Available Rate, which is more expensive but can be canceled up to 6 pm on arrival date free of charge. This possibility is excluded at the early booker rate.

What are the cancellation conditions with prizeotel?

Unguaranteed reservations elapse at 18:00 on the day of arrival and can be cancelled until this time at no cost. Reservations guaranteed with a credit card can be cancelled at no cost until 18:00 on the day of arrival. In the case of non-arrival the hotel is permitted to charge for the first night (including VAT). The reservation will then be kept until 12:00 on the following day.

The 127 fully air conditioned rooms are all furnished with 180 x 200 cm long High Comfort beds, 32" flat screen TV, desk, iLamp with integrated loudspeaker and iPod/iPhone connection, a cupboard or luggage rack (if desired), designer shower with rainforest showerhead and free high speed wireless LAN internet access in the entire hotel and all rooms.

At the moment we are busy equipping the rooms to satisfy all customers. Until this point, you can rent a hairdryer from the reception for a deposit of 20 EUR. Naturally, this is fully refundable when you return the hairdryer.

From when can I check in on the day of arrival?

Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure. In case of early arrival the following two possibilities are available:

• It is possible, if your room has already been vacated, to check in earlier. This being effected upon the occupancy of the day before and speed of cleaning.
• For an administration fee of 10 € per room we guarantee your check in from 12 am. Please inform the hotel in advance about your early check in.

What is the breakfast at prizeotel?

Our wide-ranging breakfast buffet can be booked for an additional 10,99 per person on the day of arrival. Breakfast is available between 06:00 and 10:30 during the week and between 07:00 and 11:00 on weekends and public holidays.
The delicious breakfast includes fresh speciality coffees such as Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, meat products from an established local butcher, daily fresh sliced fruit, home made muesli (with fresh fruit) fresh bakery products and much more.

Can I store my luggage at prizeotel?

No, for insurance reasons it is unfortunately impossible to offer safekeeping of any sort. Since there is no lockable room in the hotel in which we could store your luggage, we kindly request that you store this luggage at the railway station which is close by.

Will the hotel accept an assumption of cost from my company?

In general the acceptance of cost transfer is only valid when the correct credit card details have been supplied to prizeotel. The credit card will be charged with the corresponding amount by departure. At prizeotel you can give your credit card details in a secure area. Therefore please contact the central reservation.
