Can I also book on www.prizeotel.com without a credit card?

Yes, you can easily make non-guaranteed bookings without a credit card. Your room will however only be kept for you up to 06:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you do not arrive by 06:00 p.m., your booking will be cancelled automatically without any further costs.
In case of a late check in please send us your credit card details, so we reserve your room for the complete night.

What are the cancellation conditions at prizeotel?

Non-guaranteed reservations will expire after 06:00 p.m. on arrival date. They do not need to be cancelled. Reservations guaranteed with a credit card may be cancelled up to 06:00 p.m. on the arrival date. In case of none arrival or late cancellations, we will charge the first night of the entire booking. The reservation will then be kept until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the following day.

Our rooms are available from 03:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of departure. In case of early arrival the following two possibilities are available:

• It is possible, if your room has already been vacated, to check in earlier. This being effected upon the occupancy of the day before and speed of cleaning.
• For an administration fee of 10 € per room we guarantee your check in from 12:00 p.m. (noon) Please inform the hotel in advance about your early check in.

What is the breakfast at prizeotel?

Our wide-ranging breakfast buffet can be booked for an additional 11,00 per person on the day of arrival (from 2013 for 11,00 EUR per person/day). Breakfast is available between 06:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. during the week and between 07:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on weekends and public holidays.
The delicious breakfast includes fresh speciality coffees such as Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, meat products from an established local butcher, daily fresh sliced fruit, home made muesli (with fresh fruit) fresh bakery products and much more.

In general the acceptance of cost transfer is only valid when the correct credit card details have been supplied to prizeotel.
