From when can I check in on the day of arrival?

Our rooms are available from 03:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of departure. In case of early arrival the following two possibilities are available:

• It is possible, if your room has already been vacated, to check in earlier. This being effected upon the occupancy of the day before and speed of cleaning.
• For an administration fee of 10 € per room we guarantee your check in from 12:00 p.m. (noon) Please inform the hotel in advance about your early check in.

You can check out up to 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Why do I have to give my personal data at booking or check in?

We ask for your personal details in order to handle your bookings both now and in the future better. In addition, registration law requires that all hotel guests fill out a registration form by hand and sign it on the day of arrival.

Can I also book on www.prizeotel.com without a credit card?

Yes, you can easily make non-guaranteed bookings without a credit card. Your room will however only be kept for you up to 06:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you do not arrive by 06:00 p.m., your booking will be cancelled automatically without any further costs.
In case of a late check in please send us your credit card details, so we reserve your room for the complete night.
