Here, we've put together some highlights in Hanover for you.

You can go for a relaxed stroll through the city center to the Kröpcke and then pass by the famous Niki-de-Saint-Phalle-Promenade. The direct path to the city will lead you to the Hamburger Allee in the direction of the TV tower/main station and as you keep walking along the main station, you will end up right in the middle of the city.

From there, it's only a short walk to the old city (you absolutely have to check out the Kramerstraße!), the Marktkirche and the Old City Hall (altes Rathaus). If you don't feel like walking the entire way, you can get on the subway line U3 in the direction of Wettbergen at the main station and get off after two stops at "Markthalle/Landtag".

You are guaranteed an awesome day if you plan on checking out the Hanover adventure zoo. To get there, take the bus line 128 (the stop is right in front of the hotel) in the direction of Peiner Straße. After nine stops, you can directly get off at the "Hannover Zoo".

The Nanas are one of the most famous tourist attractions in Hannover. The easiest way to get there is to take the U17 at the main station in the direction of Wallensteinstraße and get off at Clevertor. Now you're right on track and you just need to follow the shore along the left side. After a short walk of around 300 meters you'll have reached the Nanas.

You'd like to go to Maschsee just take the bus line 100 at the Opernplatz/stop Kröpcke in the city until the Sprengel museum. It will lead you to the north shore where you can decide for yourself if you prefer walking through a cute little grove or rather stroll along the promenade. A beautiful place for a short or long break is the restaurant Pier51.
