Prizeotel ist für mich:
A weekend visit to Hamburg. The hotel staff were welcoming on arrival and pleasant and friendly throughout our short stay. Although relatively close to the Haupthpbahnof it was awkward to find. We asked staff for directions and they were not clear on the nearest S Bahn station. A small local tourist map of the Stadtmitte would help.
Would stay again.

Vielleicht hast Du Lust mal wiederzukommen? Wäre schön! In unserem zweiten Hotel in Hamburg auf St. Pauli würde es Dir sicher auch gut gefallen. Viele schöne Orte, Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Bars & Restaurants lassen sich klasse mit den Öffis oder sogar zu Fuß erreichen.

The room was really Cold. I asked for an additional electronic heater but you didn't have one.
I booked a double room, but there were two single beds instead of one double beds!

We're sorry to hear that you've felt cold in our room.
But have you tried to put the air conditioning in your room up? It works in both ways - either to cool down the room or to heat it up. :-)
Our double beds got two separated mattresses because of cleaning issues. Our lovely house keeping team has such a long list of rooms and things to clean, that two smaller mattresses instead of one heavy big one, makes it way easier and faster for them to clean.
But the bed has a total area of 1,80m, which is not a matter of course everywhere. :-)
We hope that you had a good night rest anyways!?

Oh I'm sorry you probably must have misunderstood our team members there... they know the routes well and there is even a bus going to the 'Hauptbahnhof' right across from our hotel. Next time you won't have problems finding it anymore. :-)
