Our measures for you and your health
Many of our existing features have become even more important due to the Corona pandemic.
We are happy to keep on making your stay as easy, relaxed & safe as possible.
Hygiene and safety regulations have always been very important to us - find here everything we have added to our hygiene plan in response to the current situation:
- Check-in, depending on the current Corona rules in each federal state, with the 3G rule (vaccinated, recovered, tested) or the 2G rule (vaccinated, recovered)
- Mandatory wearing of medical face masks or FFP2 masks in public areas
- Distance rules
- Sanitizer racks for you and our team (masks and small bottles of sanitizer can also be purchased at our reception)
- Disinfection of the public areas and WCs, room cards, door handles, elevator buttons, etc. on a regular basis
- A ventilation concept for the public areas
- Spit guards at the reception and in the bar area
- A special hygiene plan for our breakfast as well as a reduced number of occupied breakfast tables so the distance rules can be maintained
- A limitation on the number of people in the elevators to guarantee the distance rules
- A special disinfection plan by which the rooms are disinfected and deep-cleaned
- Skin protection for our team members
Please note that prizeotel is no longer allowed to offer quick tests for guests in all federal states, but our team will be happy to inform you about test centers that are nearby.
We have developed our own pandemic plan to best prepare our team members for the different situations.
Our hygiene measures have been certified with the SGS quality seal.
