Mobile Check In
From the very beginning we had a certain vision on how prizeotel should position itself. Not only should our rooms be very modern, but also our technical features. Since then, we think every single day about how we can make our guests' hotel stay even more comfortable and a one-of-a-kind prizeotel experience. We think that we did a pretty good job at that.
We don't only have our own super user-friendly booking system that we developed, but also our prizeotel App with Sesame-Open-Up-Function. With this innovative App, you can go directly to your room without stopping at the reception, if you wish. With your Smartphone and bluetooth, you activate the elevator, open your room door, check in and pay. Yeah!
App geht es
You can get the trendsetting prizeotel App for free either for an Android or IOS. Simply download, register and enter your information according to the latest security standards. Now you can select your travel dates and your prizeotel location and decide if you want to use your smartphone as a room key. If you click "yes", your mobile will be used as your room key. If you'd like, you can add a second mobile later on without a problem. If you prefer to go the classical route, you can have a room card upon check-in, that is also no problem. You'll find your "Smartphone Key" under Settings in the prizeotel App under "My profile"
Payment details
In order to be able to use the mobile check-in during your stay, we need your payment information. You can use your credit card – we take VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For data protection reasons, we do not save your payment info for our other prizeotel locations. This means that you can use a different credit card for our different locations if you like. You automatically receive an invoice per email after payment is completed.
Sesame open up
Shortly before your arrival, you'll receive a Push-Message on your mobile that shows your room number and floor level at the top of your phone's homescreen.
For safety reasons, only the hotel guests and of course, our team members are allowed to use the elevator. Hold your smartphone with activated bluetooth in front of the elevator's sensor and select the floor level. You do exactly the same with the room door: hold your mobile with the backside facing the door and wait for the green light, then you can open the door. You turn the light on in the room the same way using the small box next to the door - your mobile will not fit in - but you can use any card with a chip on it. If you don't have one, just tell us at the reception and we'll gladly help you out.
Hotel information
Your first time at prizeotel? Then our App has all of the important infos ready for you. On the top of your homescreen, you'll find your next reservation - as soon as you swipe down, the hotel location for your next planned stay will appear. Everything else that you should know, you'll find in the menu under " Hotel infos". Should you have further questions, you can contact us anytime using the prizeotel App under "contact".
